For when I’m ready to buy…***
Near the center of the town, on a tree-lined street.
Close (but not too close) to the freeway.
3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Master suite with walk-in closets (with recessed lighting).
Large bay windows in the living room.
Library with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves (a less extravagant version of what you see in Beauty & the Beast) and a red armchair.
Crown molding. Everywhere.
Hardwood floors.
Kitchen with granite countertops and eat-in island.
Guest room/study with a daybed and a secretary desk.
Laundry space in the unit.
2-car garage. With storage room.
***The townhouse described above would NOT be my Dream Starter Home. The criteria for Dream Starter Home is much shorter: 1. Under $200,000. 2. Bigger than a closet. 3. In a non-sketchy neighborhood.
Ooooh…Sounds perfect! Can I move in? 🙂
Have you got a price tag for your dream house yet?
Sounds luxurious!
I like, I like!
Hey, I want that house too!
sounds like you definately know what you are looking for when you are ready to purchase. Good luck!

Ha ha! In a non-sketchy neighborhood! That is great.
I love your website, and have to comment. You will not regreat buying! I bought my first condo at 24, sold it, brought another, sold it and now I have a great home. I want to upgrade again, but I can actually have something that I love and I’m paying myself each month! I get great tax deductions too – that’s something you will find to be a real blessing. I hope you find exactly what you want!
